Independent & Neutral
Unprompted is an independent, non-profit innovation network. Any organisation can join. We operate as a neutral platform that serves the collective interest of the ecosystem and supports all members on equal footing.
Member- & Challenge-Driven
Our agenda starts from the real challenges faced by our members. We actively surface shared questions across organisations and focus on solutions, practices and insights that already exist within the network. Value is created through collaboration between members, not imposed from outside.
Facilitation & Coordination
Unprompted does not deliver consulting, build products or own solutions. Our role is to connect organisations, knowledge, talent and challenges, and to facilitate structured interaction. We focus on coordination and alignment so that collaboration can happen where it makes sense.

While Unprompted is a broad innovation network, our activities currently concentrate on a small number of strategic themes where collective action and shared learning have the greatest impact.
AI transformation within organisations
We focus on how organisations move from experimentation to adoption of generative AI. This includes organisational change, operating models, skills, governance and responsible use. The emphasis is on how AI reshapes work, decision-making and value creation, rather than on specific tools.
European AI independence and thriving
We engage with how European organisations can remain competitive and resilient in a global AI landscape. This includes questions around responsible use of foundation models, data and infrastructure sovereignty, open ecosystems and building sustainable AI capabilities within Europe.
Cross-sector collaboration around shared AI challenges
We focus on challenges that cut across sectors, such as trust, quality, evaluation, compliance and integration of generative AI into existing systems. These topics benefit from shared learning and coordination across industries rather than isolated, organisation-specific solutions.
What Unprompted Offers
Unprompted exists to activate and connect an ecosystem. Through curated events, facilitated consortia and AI-specific workshop sessions, we create the conditions for collaboration and innovation by making shared challenges visible, connecting the right actors and enabling structured, meaningful interaction.

We build and maintain an active, company-driven ecosystem where organisations regularly engage, contribute and learn from one another.
Community events and workshops
We organise meet-ups, workshops and thematic sessions focused on real-world generative AI challenges, experiences and lessons learned.
Working groups around shared challenges
We facilitate thematic working groups where members collaboratively explore common challenges and develop shared insights, patterns and approaches.
Matchmaking and early collaboration
We support matchmaking between organisations to help initiate early-stage collaboration and joint initiatives, without delivering projects ourselves.
Reusable knowledge and insights
We help translate collective experience into reusable insights, patterns and learnings that can be shared across the network.

Unprompted is in the process of applying for recognition and support as an Innovative Business Network (IBN) under VLAIO.
Through this application, we aim to professionalise the coordination of the network, strengthen our neutral role within the existing ecosystem and help it grow for long-term impact. The outcome of this application is expected in May 2026.
